1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:
✔ The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
✔ The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the order.
✔ The product has not been customized or personalized.
✔ The item was not purchased during a clearance sale, as sale items are final.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Wait for approval – We will review your request and provide return instructions.
3️⃣ Ship the item – Send the item back to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
4️⃣ Inspection & Processing – Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective product or an order error.

4. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different color or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund for defective or incorrect products.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
❌ Handbags that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
❌ Custom-made or personalized items.
❌ Clearance or final sale items.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been processed for shipping.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled but can be returned following our return policy.
